Let's face it ...we've all dealt with merchant processors and while most of the time the goal is to get the lowest rate ever, another key component is having someone that will actually help you. We don't think about it much when choosing a processor but I can tell you it's invaluable if you want a successful business. The customer service team at MMP is there for any question you have. Good customer service is beyond rare these days... which is why I absolutely love working with MPP.

MPP walked me through the WHOLE process, changed over our authorize.net and even helped me change my website to the right gateway so that I didn't need to involve my web team.
